December 2015 Timesheet Deadlines

With the Holidays and University Closure approaching, this is a reminder of the Web Time Entry (WTE) i.e, time reporting, submission and approval dates for the final pay of 2015. This pay will occur December 23, 2015.

Please make the necessary adjustment in your processing date for WTE:

26	12/23/15	12/07/15 – 12/20/15	12/15/15 @ 12:00pm (noon)	12/15/15 @ 5:00pm

Please note that the date for Pay Period #26 is accelerated because of the holiday schedule. In most instances, hours submitted for hourly employees for the pay of December 23, 2015 will be an estimate based on your knowledge of the employees’ work schedule. If necessary, hours can always be adjusted on the next pay period by using a Late Paper Timesheet.
