With the Holiday and University Closure approaching, this is a reminder of the Web Time Entry (WTE) i.e, time reporting, submission and approval date for the final pay of 2013. This pay will occur on December 24, 2013. (Please note that the final pay date has been moved up to December 24th versus December 31st.

The attached table is provided to help you make the necessary adjustment in your processing dates for WTE:

Please note that the timesheet submission date for Pay Period #27 is accelerated because of the holiday schedule. In most instances, hours submitted for hourly employees for the pay of December 24, 2013 will be an estimate based on your knowledge of the employees’ work schedule. If necessary, hours can always be adjusted on the next pay period by using a Late Paper Timesheet.
