With the Holidays and University Closure approaching, this is a reminder of the Web Time Entry (WTE) i.e, time reporting, submission and approval dates for the final pays of 2014. These pays will occur on December 17, 2014 and December 24, 2014. (Please note that the final pay date has been moved up to December 24th versus December 31st. We will send a separate communication regarding that pay date.)
The attached table is provided to help you make the necessary adjustment in your processing dates for WTE:

Please note that the dates for Pay Period #26 are accelerated because of the holiday schedules. In most instances, hours submitted for hourly employees for the pay of December 24, 2014 will be an estimate based on your knowledge of the employees’ work schedule. If necessary, hours can always be adjusted on the next pay period by using a Late Paper Timesheet.
